COVID-19 Update

We are taking a moment to catch our breath in the chaos that COVID 19 has brought in. Our team are in isolation and we are doing the best we can to run business as usual. But the challenge is tough. Not only for us but for our whole promotions industry. For you, our customers, for your customers, for our industry supply chain. We are all taking a hit.

With most of our supply coming from our factory in China we are happy to say business activity is returning back to normal and logistics issues are easing. Aus Trade are reporting that Ports are nearing full operations at +90%, and two thirds of China's workforce have returned to work. While the ports are operational again, there is a back log for shipping dating back to February to be processed. 

Air freight rates from mainland China have increased significantly with capacity constraints as production resumes and passenger flights are canceled with Australia's closed borders.The flow on effect for our Indian factories had also added immense pressure on manufacturing and freight.

We are working closely with our factories, freight forwarding, and logistics companies to maintain production and deliver our products to you.

While we are doing everything we can to continue operations, we will endeavour to communicate any updates to you on a regular basis.
